Yes. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity carried out under your account. If you think your account has been accessed without permission, please contact us as soon as possible.
We aim to keep product information accurate, but images may be for illustration only, packaging or specifications can change, and availability may change without notice. If a pricing or product detail error occurs, Habitura may correct the error and, where needed, contact you to arrange a suitable remedy including a refund.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the items in your cart. Orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable, unless stated otherwise.

Yes. While the Habitura store is new, the team behind it has years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, customer service and online technology, including supporting large-scale online platforms across Australia.

Orders are generally dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. The courier used may vary depending on the item's size, weight, packaging needs and delivery location.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available. You can then track your order using the courier's tracking system.
We aim to ship Australia-wide wherever possible. However, some remote postcodes may not be serviceable for certain items. Some couriers also require a non-PO Box address, so a street address may be needed depending on the delivery service used.
Delivery outcomes depend on the courier. In some cases, a parcel may be left in a safe place, taken to a local collection point, Post Office or depot, or a card/SMS/email may be provided with re-delivery or collection instructions.
Address changes may not be possible after dispatch. If an item is returned because the address was incomplete or incorrect, additional re-delivery costs may apply.
We may collect information such as your name, billing and delivery address, email address, phone number, order and payment details, purchase history, and technical information such as IP address, browser type and website usage data.

We take reasonable steps to ensure personal information is handled consistently with Australian privacy laws.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, Habitura provides a 12-month warranty for products found to be faulty or damaged. This sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper assembly, modification, misuse or abuse, abnormal use, poor maintenance or care, damage to external packaging only, or accessories and bonus items where noted on the product listing.
Please provide your order number, the product name and quantity affected, clear photos or video showing the issue, and a short description of the problem along with your preferred outcome. Please do not dispose of the item until the claim has been assessed, as we may need to inspect it or request a return.
Some eligible items may be returned for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging and in resaleable condition. Change of mind returns are not accepted for health and hygiene products, bulk or pallet purchases, or items that have been opened, used or assembled.
Yes. If a change of mind return is approved, a restocking fee of 10% of the item price may apply, along with the original shipping fee where applicable. Return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Please report delivery delays or missing deliveries within 10 business days of dispatch. We will investigate with the courier and, where appropriate, provide a remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law.
You can browse categories and sub-categories from the homepage, use list or grid views on category pages, sort results, and use the search bar to look for keywords or product codes. Start broad, then narrow your search using more specific terms or filters.
No. Guest checkout is available if you do not want to create an account. However, creating an account can make checkout faster and gives you access to order history, saved addresses, wish lists and other account features.
Choose the quantity and any required options on the product page, then click Add to Cart. From there, review your cart, apply any coupon or voucher codes if you have them, estimate shipping if needed, and proceed to checkout to enter your billing, delivery and payment details before confirming your order.
After you confirm your order and complete payment, you should see a confirmation page and receive an email with your order number. Once your order is dispatched, you will also receive a dispatch email with tracking details where available.
If you ordered using an account, log in and go to My Account > Order History to view order status and tracking where available. Guest checkout orders are typically tracked using email updates. To request a return or refund, visit the Help Desk, submit a return ticket with the relevant details, and follow the instructions provided if your request is approved.
